一 |     获悉，上海印发《上海市加快推进新型工业化构建现代化产业体系“十五五”规划》。规划提出，全面提升智能计算能力，攻关高性能、低功耗、高效率的智算芯片，提升集群组网和云服务能力，探索异构计算、光计算、量子人工智能等创新架构；优化智算基础设施，构建城市算力网络。持续发力大模型，聚焦下一代大模型研发，攻克架构设计、训练优化等关键技术，推动芯片、大模型、智算云协同发展，构建自主生态。    Veteran actress Saira Banu took a trip down memory lane to wish Dilip Kumar on his birth anniversary. They still do seeking in you not just craft, but purity of purpose. For the audience, your films were like returning to festivals that never lose their warmth. People have loved you with a devotion I have rarely seen in this world. And yet, despite the reverence, you remained untouched by the noise of fame."     She also remembered his innocence and generosity, saying he would part with beloved things like a watch, a shawl, a pen to loved ones, “with the innocence of a child who values hearts more than possessions.” Sharing a charming memory, she wrote of the evening he simply held her hand and led her to a wedding “without a moment’s announcement."               "Your inner world, Yousuf Saab, was always carved from something rarer than time simple yet profound, free of material wants, rich with meaning, and devoted to the quiet discipline of truth. To have lived beside you, to have witnessed the man behind the legend, remains the greatest honour of my life.
