Property service supermarket in Northeast China offers tailored services for communities_我的网站

A |     (ECNS) -- A “property service supermarket” in Changchun, Jilin Province, has brought more flexible property services to 39 old residential communities covering 245 buildings.    The platform offers more than 170 services, from pipe unclogging to elderly care, with residents able to order online or offline.        Launched in August 2025 in Chongqing Subdistrict of Chaoyang District, the model addresses challenges faced by older communities in attracting commercial property firms.      Jointly operated by the subdistrict and a veteran entrepreneurship team, the supermarket allows residents to select services individually rather than paying for fixed packages.    Prices are generally 15% to 20% lower than market rates, and all staff hold professional qualifications.
